IF YOU REQUEST FROM US, YOU MUST USE THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
This will pertain to BOTH graphic and review requests. I really dislike having myself or one of the staff members looking for time in their packed schedule to fulfill requests when it turns out, we wasted all that time for nothing.

GRAPHIC REQUESTS - Yeah, I know what you're thinking. "But what if my poster totally sucks?!" Send an email to flight.kiwi@gmail.com if something about your poster completely bothers you. If it's something small, please just make our lives easier and leave it as is. In the end, you still have to use it.

REVIEW REQUESTS - Unsatisfied with your grade? Get over it! Your grade only represents what one person thinks of your story. If you want, request again for the same story but with a different reviewer!If you have not picked up your request within the timespan of two weeks, you will no longer be allowed to request from Kiwi Flight and will be blacklisted. Please let us know you have done so by leaving a message in the tagbox. If you are unable to meet the deadline for some reason, just let us know so that we won't blacklist you. The average timespan of designing posters takes at least an hour and don't even get me started on how long it takes to review some of those stories. Please don't waste our time by not using your completed requests!







Graphic Requests

1. Please provide us with a valid fanfic url. If you fail to do so, your request will be deleted without notification.
2. Provide a valid email so that we can contact you if necessary.
3. DO NOT request from us if you have already requested from another site and vice versa. It is a major disprespect to everyone and you will be blacklisted without hesitation.
4. We will check your fanfic before starting on your requests. If you have any sort of image being displayed, please give a valid explanation or else your request will be denied.
5. DO NOT edit the poster in any way and DO NOT erase the credits.. If you want any changes on your graphic, leave a message on the tagboard or send us an email.
6. If you do not put up your graphics within the time span of two weeks, you will be blacklisted. Read the "General Rules" for more information.
7. Please provide HQ pictures! We don't have the time to go looking around for pictures for your requests. However, designers have the right to not use your photo(s) of choice if it doesn't suit the graphic.
8. Please don't rush us on a daily basis. If you're really curious, please ask nicely in the chatbox.
9. A "please" and "thank you" is always appreciated. We spend our own time fulfilling your requests.
10. It is not required for you to post up an entirely new chapter to credit us. However, please do credit Designer @ http://kiwi-flight.blogspot.com/ in your forewords.

Review Requests

1. Your fanfic or one-shot much be complete. This ensures the most accurate review possible.
2. If you have a special type of story (ex: rated, yaoi), please check the staff page beforehand to make sure your preferred reviewer will read the story.
3. You may request multiple times for the same story but with a different reviewer.
4. Please do take into consideration that reading and grading fanfics is a long process. Please do be patient and show your support.
5. You must post up the review as a separate chapter. See "General Rules" for more information.
6. Do not bash us if your review didn't result in the way you had hoped. Depending on the severity, you may be blacklisted if you break this rule.
